At Tattoo Desk, we provide a subscription-based software service for tattoo artists and studios. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before subscribing.

No Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited, regardless of whether you use the Service.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings.

Cancellation will prevent future charges, but it will not retroactively refund payments already made.

Your access to the Service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is successfully processed.
