Welcome to Tattoo Desk (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tattoo Desk software platform (“Service”). By signing up, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Service.

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Tattoo Desk is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

You authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing, but we do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods or past payments.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Misuse the Service for unlawful purposes.

Interfere with or disrupt the Service.

Attempt to copy, resell, or reverse engineer the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including software, design, and branding) remain the property of Incubator LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes.

8. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incubator LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account by canceling your subscription.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
